Plain AI Automations ("we", "us") is run by Venkatesh Selvaraj as a sole proprietorship in India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, and what we do with it. We've tried to keep it short and readable.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email, business name and anything you write when you message us on WhatsApp, email us or book a call.
- Booking details. When you schedule a call, our booking tool records the time you picked and the details you enter.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and reliability.
This website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, for example to measure our ads, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
How we use it
- To reply to you and hold the discovery call you asked for.
- To prepare a proposal and, if you hire us, to deliver and support the work.
- To keep records we're required to keep by law, such as invoices.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider, our booking tool and our website host. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Client project data
When we work on your systems, we access only what the project needs, handle it under the confidentiality terms in our agreement with you, and remove our access when the work ends.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to venkatesh@plainaiautomations.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
