The content on this site is general information about our services. Examples, including the sample WhatsApp conversation, are illustrative and fictional. Pricing information on this site describes how we work and is not an offer; the price for any work is the one in your written quote.
Our services
Any paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, price, timelines and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Third-party tools
Our solutions often run on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace or AI model providers. Those platforms have their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes they make.
Intellectual property
The text, design and logo on this site belong to Plain AI Automations. Ownership of anything we build for you is set out in your agreement; by default, you own the deliverables once paid for.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is". AI tools can make mistakes, and we design every solution so a person can review important outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability for paid work is limited as set out in the relevant agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
